Thanks Manuel for your info! So should I add a column of zeros for the voxelwise covariate? When using Glm, it seemed to add a column with the corresponding non-zero value in /PPheights. My concern is whether that column should be zero or should be calculated otherwise (if so, how?). Any help would be appreciated.
