WORKSHOPS The first day of the conference (Tuesday December 11th) is devoted to half-day workshops on 'AI for Software Engineering' and 'Semantic Deep Learning: Enhanced Word Embedding with Semantic Knowledge', in parallel with a full day workshop comprising the 23rd UK Case-Based Reasoning Workshop followed by a presentation by Bryn Balcombe about the use of AI for autonomous racing cars and a demonstration of Roborace. If preferred, this day can be attended on its own at a special rate. MAIN CONFERENCE The second and third days of the conference (Wednesday December 12th and Thursday December 13th) include: - Keynote lectures: * Professor Michael Wooldridge (University of Oxford) on 'From Model Checking to Equilibrium Checking' * Dr. James Luke (IBM) on 'How I Survived The AI Winter (& Hope To Survive The Next One)' - Technical stream refereed papers on Neural Networks, Planning and Scheduling, and Machine Learning. - Application stream refereed papers on Industrial Applications of Artificial Intelligence, Planning and Scheduling in Action, Machine Learning in Action, Applications of Machine Learning, and Applications of Agent Systems and Genetic Algorithms. - Poster sessions on emerging research and applications in artificial intelligence - Special session: short presentations by poster authors - Panel session on ‘Can Artificial Intelligence Systems be Trusted’ - AI Open Mic session - Welcome reception on evening of December 11th - Gala Dinner on evening of December 12th This year's conference will be held at Peterhouse College in Cambridge.
