Given the discrepancy shown by EQA samples between progesterone levels measured on various platforms, are there any Roche users who have some sort of evidence for the cutoff levels that they provide as a guide for users?

Does anyone know which method was used to determine the often quoted cutoff of 15 nmol/l, below which ovulation is unlikely to have occurred, with a grey zone between 15 and 30?

Regards
