Hi all,

Please can I draw your attention to an exciting opportunity for a band 8a post at Derriford hospital in Plymouth:

https://www.jobs.nhs.uk/xi/vacancy/e29710aa4d79aae525daf8367f138af6/?vac_ref=915339998

We are primarily looking to appoint at band 8a.  However, if appointed at band 7, this post provides an excellent opportunity for potential career progression from band 7 to 8a (subject to achieving the required qualifications and level of experience).

The department is supportive of professional development and will support the successful candidate in preparations for FRCPath examinations.

The post is diverse, with opportunities for involvement in R&D, method development and teaching.  All of this in the beautiful location of the South West!  If you would like to discuss the post or arrange an informal visit please contact:
