Another trick, which doesn't require to change rp_*.txt files afterwards: Specify two sessions - the first one only holds your reference image (i.e. the last image of your time series), the second one holds all images from the series in correct order. Realigning the first session will be a no-op, and the "second" session will be realigned to the reference image of the first session. You will get two rp_*.txt files, one for the last image of your timeseries only, and one for the entire timeseries. Volkmar
