Just reposting to see if anyone has suggestions. If I need to clarify aspects of the study design or analysis, please let me know.
I look forward to hearing your ideas. Thanks!

SPMers,
I'm attempting to run a mixed model at the second level in SPM12 with 2 within-subject conditions, age as a continuous variable, and RT as a covariate. I'm particularly interested in probing the age-by-condition interaction, but I'm unsure as to how to set up the contrasts. Thus far, I've set up a full-factorial with Condition 1 and Condition 2 as within-subjects levels, and age and RT as covariates; you'll find a snapshot of the design matrix attached. So first, I'd like to know if my design matrix is set up appropriately, and secondly, which contrasts I should use to look at main effects, as well as the age-by-condition interaction.

Thanks,
Beth
