Dear Catarina, yes, you could reverse your timeseries. Alternatively, just put the last image/frame in your timeseries first in the list of filenames passed to Realign. Whatever reordering you use, you need to remember to correct the rp_*.txt file if you intend to use realignment parameters later on. Hope this helps Volkmar
