An Introduction to Agile Project Management for Publishing - 7 November

If your organization is going 'Agile' or looking to explore this area, this course is a great way to introduce how this philosphy can be used successfully in publishing. Our industry expert brings to life the various 'Agile' techniques with war stories, case studies and robust discussion to provide an inspiring day for managers and other team members involved in product delivery. This is a practical course in which delegates will work in small groups to practice the relevant concepts and learn how to avoid the common pitfalls.

"The sessions tend to be quite interactive and small enough that employees going on the course will learn from it. They are in a nice sort of safe environment where they can ask questions easily and start to build up relationships with their peers". Phil Garner, Managing Director, Future Science Group
