Dear all, We have recently received a donated collection and I am investigating the possibility of outsourcing the cataloguing of these books. I would be interested in hearing from any libraries who have used an outsourced cataloguing provider. Which provider did you use and how did the service work, did you send the books away or send through ISBNs etc? Also, what input was required from your staff for example did you have to do the RFID tagging or was this also done by the outsourced provider?
