2018 Customer Services Group UK Annual Conference - 26th November
I want it all, and I want it now! - Managing changing user expectations of customer services
 
Interactive, Immediate, Individual: expectations of customer services within the online, on-demand economy have soared. Services within libraries are rapidly adapting, and meeting the changing needs and expectations of our users can feel overwhelming. Join colleagues from across the sector at CSGUK’s annual conference as they discuss how their services have developed, and take the opportunity to reflect on the changing expectations of your users. Speakers will discuss the tools they have used to measure expectations, and the changes they have made to services as a result. The student voice will be heard through an insightful panel discussion, and there will be time to share your own problems and devise solutions with other delegates.
