Hi Caroline,

Was looking at this, mainly because III are our installing prod encore next week and I don’t want a different/broken version, especially as we hide all our 856s on the results page!

Looks to be a style issue with the new Innovative dpstyles.css. I was looking at your site, and as a stopgap, if you add the following to your header within Encore Customisation (or you can add it to the javascript section instead if you just want to definitely ensure the change only occurs on the full record page):

<style>

.recordDetailPage .itemsContainerPopUpTrigger {

display: block!important;

}

</style>

Subject: Encore 4.7SP3 - 856 disappeared from Full record

Hi all

Just a heads up, we went up to Encore 4.7SP3 on Monday as we had an issue, and now all our 856’s have disappeared from the full records on Encore.

They still appear in the results list.

It has been reported as a bug…
