CILIP’s Academic Research Libraries Group (ARLG) are very pleased to announce their Winter Event:

 

Physical and digital Library spaces: the final frontier.

Tuesday 4th December 2018 – Huddersfield University (09.30-16.30)

What spaces do learners want? This event is a great opportunity to hear about library spaces in HE and FE from different perspectives, including the designers, and a chance to think about how best to engage in delivering learning environments for our students.

 

Northampton University’s new Learning Hub: “The Learning Hub is the biggest building on campus, a four-storey space which offers a full range of integrated learning environments from silent study to social learning, whether you prefer to study during the day or late at night, this is a 24/7 library and learning zone offering you the resources you need.”   (quote taken from Uni Northampton’s website)

 

Chris Powis, Head of Library & Learning Services, University of Northampton will be presenting at this event.
