Hi Helen,

We have also moved from MapInfo to QGIS at Cambridgeshire so feel free to email us but you could also use the HBSMR forum to ask HBSMR users specifically https://hbsmrdocumentation.esdm.co.uk/forums. Having just done a quick search there are several threads relating to QGIS and you could also start a new one?

Thanks,
Sal

Hi Helen

Not HBSMR but we do use QGIS for some things so if it is not directly related to linking to HBSMR feel free to ask - it might help me to understand better how we could use it for our HER team (well, the two of them :)) if they move towards it. We currently mostly use GGP.

Jon

Subject: HBSMR Mapinfo people who've moved to QGIS!

Hi everyone,

Are there any HBSMR Mapinfo people who've moved to QGIS whose brains I can pick if I need to?

I know I've asked things before, but I've forgotten who replied to me. And it would particularly help if I could talk to Mapinfo people!

Thanks!
