Hi, I'm interested to used probtrackx2_gpu instead of probtrackx2 to speed up my analysis. However I need the particle file, and using the same call for probtrackx2 and probtrackx2_gpu, the particle file is not generated in the probtrackx2_gpu. Am I missing a flag to generate it?
