Hi - I haven't looked in great detail yet but the following seems to give a pretty nice skeleton - you may want to adjust the threshold level but 0.15 seems pretty good. You may need sudo rights to run this. cd $FSLDIR/data/standard/ tbss_skeleton -i FSL_HCP1065_FA_1mm -o FSL_HCP1065_FA-skeleton_1mm fslmaths FSL_HCP1065_FA-skeleton_1mm -thr 0.15 FSL_HCP1065_FA-skeleton_1mm Cheers. > On 29 Oct 2018, at 21:29, Christoph K. <[log in to unmask]> wrote: > > Hello, > I am running experimental registration with new HCP1065 template. > Is there any availability of HCP1065 skeleton? > > Bests, > J. > > ######################################################################## > > To unsubscribe from the FSL list, click the following link: > https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=FSL&A=1 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- Stephen M.
