Dear experts,

I'm running PALM with this command

palm -i

dr_stage2_ic0000.nii...

-d verum.mat

-t verum.con

-n 5000 

-T

-corrcon

-cmcx

-save1-p

-demean

-o verumall

I got no error, however the final outputs only weight 348 bytes, so I can't open any result, the csv file is empty.

I ran a test:

palm -i dr_stage2_ic0000.nii -o test -T -logp

And still the same results (348 bytes, and .csv empty)

I guess this is something to do with my 4D image input, but seems good for me.
