I am performing a study with several MRI tecnhiques in a group of patients and controls.

I have my fMRI results and VBM results where I have the clusters in MNI space with significant differences between groups.

AsS I have performed de TBSS study I would like to know if there is a specific method to extract the FA values in those specific locations obtained in the VBM and FMRI results to preform further statistical analyses.
