Hi fsl team, I am doing resting state and measuring functional connectivity in response to tDCS. I tested one group of 22 before and after tDCS in 3 different sessions (anodal/cathodal/sham tDCS). If I want to do group analysis, I am using repeated measure ANOVA with two factors (polarity and time), factor of time has 2 levels and polarity has 3 levels. I have attached my design file with EVs and supposing that is correct, I can only measure the interaction of two and not all three, so I just wonder how I can measure the interaction between all three levels? And how many contrasts I need to define really?!! Any help would be highly appreciated.
