Hi, You need to set up contrasts for all levels. The documentation will help you understand this further. I will read what you suggested me, but in the meanwhile I explain you my doubt better, so maybe you can answer me on this. I will do a first-level analysis and then a second-level to average the runs of each subject together. The questions we have are related to the second and third level analysis, so on the between subject and on the group analysis. Now, would it be better to set up the constrasts for the first level or just for the higher levels analyses? Thank you again, Carlotta. ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the FSL list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=FSL&A=1 ----- Dr Janine Bijsterbosch Postdoctoral Researcher FMRIB Centre, University of Oxford John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford, United Kingdom [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> ######################################################################## To unsubscribe from the FSL list, click the following link: https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?SUBED1=FSL&A=1
