When running I get the output AES102.Ex.dti_FDT_FA__FA Error: failed to open file AES102.Ex.dti_FDT_FA__FA_to_target.nii.gz Image Exception : #22 :: ERROR: Could not open image AES102.Ex.dti_FDT_FA__FA_to_target terminate called after throwing an instance of 'RBD_COMMON::BaseException' Aborted (core dumped) for all my subjects other than my pre and post for subject 1. I also still get an output. merging all upsampled FA images into single 4D image creating valid mask and mean FA skeletonising mean FA now view mean_FA_skeleton to check whether the default threshold of 0.2 needs changing, when running: tbss_4_prestats <threshold> But I assume this 4D image created excludes almost all my data. Any ideas what the issue might be?
