Hi Niels,

The error with randomise is the same, yes. But I do not get 78 when I run that command. Both design and design_fixed (from running tr) produce 77:

benchernoffsmbp:Raw_FA bchernof$ wc -l /Volumes/cantlonData/LAB_MEMBERS/Ben/Patients_TBSS/Raw_FA/design.txt 
      77 /Volumes/cantlonData/LAB_MEMBERS/Ben/Patients_TBSS/Raw_FA/design.txt
benchernoffsmbp:Raw_FA bchernof$ wc -l /Volumes/cantlonData/LAB_MEMBERS/Ben/Patients_TBSS/Raw_FA/design_fixed.txt
