Hello,
 What OS are you running? It looks from the eddy binaries included that it’s OSX? Is it possible that your eddy.sh is somehow masking eddy - what happens if you change the call with explicit paths, e.g. $FSLDIR/bin/eddy?

Kind Regards
Matthew

I recently updated fsl on my computer and am trying to run eddy on my computer with

eddy_openmp --imain=DTI_analysis.nii.gz --mask=COPY_b0_brain_0.4_mask_eroded.nii.gz --acqp=acqp.txt --index=index.txt --bvecs=bvec.txt --bvals=bvalue.txt --repol --field=/Volumes/DANIEL/${subj}/${subj}.${cond}/field_map/FieldMap2dti* --out=eddy_corrected_data

I get the error...

eddy_openmp: No match.

Before the update I used

eddy --imain=DTI_analysis.nii.gz --mask=COPY_b0_brain_0.4_mask_eroded.nii.gz --acqp=acqp.txt --index=index.txt --bvecs=bvec.txt --bvals=bvalue.txt --repol --field=/Volumes/DANIEL/${subj}/${subj}.${cond}/field_map/FieldMap2dti* --out=eddy_corrected_data

but now I get the error...

subj =  AES107 , cond =  Ex
eddy: No match.

For some reason this specific computer would only work with eddy and not eddy_openmp before the update. Now neither works. I know I should be using eddy_openmp but it seems like the library doesn't have it on this computer.

[hlhp-105:DANIEL/scripts/5] administrator% eddy
eddy         eddy_combine eddy_cuda    eddy_squad
eddy.sh      eddy_correct eddy_quad

Thanks for any help you can provide with updating the library or fixing the issue with running eddy.
