Dear all, I need to register T1w and T2w images of one-month-old human infants to AAL infant atlas from UNC IDEALab (infant-neo.nii) What would be the best practice to do this? our images are 0.8mm isotropic and the AAL atlas is 1mm isotropic. I appreciate if you could point me to a tool that can do this or the steps that I need to take in FSL to do this. I am not sure if a one-step fnirt will do the job or I have to do flirt first and then fnirt and also whether or not the default config files are suitable for my task. Thank you!
