Hello FSL experts, I obtained the following time series plot for the group level time course cope of an ROI (A > baseline). The cope partial model fit line seems strange to me in that it doesn't match the pattern for other cope contrasts. I was wondering if anyone could help with helping me understand why the model looks this way? Thank you!
