I’ve been asked to find out what other colleges/schools are doing in respect of GDPR contracts with awarding bodies – for instance, are you adding addendums to existing contracts or drawing up agreements to underline your respective GDPR commitments (controller to controller)?

If so, would you mind sharing information on what approach you took please?
