Same enquiry as per Jane, we would like to make registration numbers available to students via Moodle and staff via our ILP programme.  Once we receive these files, that is.

I’m using unit-e. I have the ERN files but not sure how to import them. I would really like the BTEC registrations to appear in our system so that the students can view them for their UCAS applications – rather than me having to look them up individually.

 

Does anyone have any instructions for this?

Mine were sat in the pending folder. I think it had the same file name as the previous year?

That’s what I expected, but no Edexcel files received since August!  I’ll contact them and find out why.

They should come through A2C, if you go into your inbox and press send/receive files the file should be there for you to import.

 

 

 

Good morning all,

 

We’ve successfully registered our BTEC learners via EDI for the first time, but I’m aware from previous posts that we should receive an EDI file with the BTEC registration numbers so these can be imported into our MIS.  We haven’t received any yet despite the registrations being confirmed on Edexcel on-line last Wednesday.

 

Should these files come automatically through EDI, and how long after the registrations are confirmed?  And can you confirm the email address they would come through on if they are sent via email?  Our email filters tend to stop anything important….
