However, we did have to set up a new exam board, reference 15 and did the draft file production run. We specifically looked for the centre info at the top of the file as we had a recent problem with making a first-time entry for WJEC GCSEs, where that info was missing. Seemed to work OK (so far). I have done the registrations and imported the Registration numbers. I have created the submission series 1B for Jan entries and done a file however A2C is giving me an error stating it is invalid. Then I sent the file off to Eprocessing who is ever so helpful. They stated there is the Awarding body number 15 for BTEC is missing on my file and to contact our MIS provider. We use Pro Solution. I am liaising with them but have not got that far. The file that is generated should look like below however mine doesn’t’ have the 15 before the E. We’re just not sure of how much to delay the second – exam entry – file. I’ve replied to somebody else, stating I’’ send the second file on Friday regardless, but send the registrations today.
