We are just trying to get all our documentation ready prior to the Land Charges Search function transferring  to the Land Registry.  Could other local authority colleagues please let me know what, if any, personal information (e.g. names, residential address if different from the one in the search, financial details etc.) you intend to redact from the relevant documentation (Section 106 agreements, Building Act notices etc.) before your Council provides it to the Land Registry.  Did you routinely redact any of this information when you carried out the Land Charges Searches in-house?

Thanks in advance for your assistance in this matter.
