Hi,

Here is a work around, using nmrpipe you can create a pseudo3D dataset from the separate spectra then analysis will be able to cope with the data. The scripts to do this are in the nmrpipe example data demo/relax (link here: demo.tar <http://www.ibbr.umd.edu/nmrpipe/demo.tar>). If you have any problems with your specific dataset let me know and I can dig out the scripts I used to do this on my own data.
