Hi Wayne,

Thank you. I am using Windows and unfortunately it seems I do not have the “tex” folder described in your path. Thus I am unable to locate the fittingEquations.pdf. Would you mind sending me the .pdf as an attachment?

Thank you.

Robert

Hello,

In the folder ccpnmr_2.4/python/ccpnmr/analysis/doc/tex look at the file fittingEquations.pdf. It’s the second section that you want.

Hi,

Where does the fitting function in “Follow Shift Changes”  A((B+4x-sqrt((B+4x)^2-(4x)^2))/4x - C) come from? Is there a paper or description of the A, B, C parameters? I am trying to compare this to equation 6 Δδobs= Δδmax [(Pt+Lt+Kd)- (Pt+Lt+Kd)2-4(Pt)(Lt).5]/2(Pt) in the Williamson paper (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23962882).

Thank you.

Regards,

Robert
