Hi everyone! An apology in advance for the newbie question, I'm new to
CryoEM and I'm trying to install RELION on a fresh installed Ubuntu 16.04
system, however after following the instructions in the README.md file of
the relion folder (relion-3.0_beta) downloaded from (
https://bitbucket.org/scheres/relion-3.0_beta.git), and after installing
the X11 library, I manage to follow the whole installation as indicated,
however when I try to launch "relion", I get the message: command not found

Would you think it's due to my version of Ubuntu? I could try ubuntu 14 or
17 as I have seen in some pages it may work, I attached the output of the
terminal during the whole installation process, excuse me that is in
spanish (as comment I had installed git and ran git clone in advance to the
log file to obtain de README.md file). Any help or comments would be really
appreciated, thank you very much for your time, wish you all an excellent
and a productive week, see you soon!
