Hi,

I have a related question.
When I ran polishing I got an error message

"WARNING: pixel size (--angpix) is greater than the AutoPick pixel size (--coords_angpix)
This is probably a rounding error. It is recommended to set --angpix (1.03) to at least 1.03"

and the first couple lines of my log files are

+ Reading Refine3D/job069/run_data.star...
   - Using pixel size calculated from magnification and detector pixel size in the input STAR file: 1.03
 + Using movie pixel size from MotionCorr/job004/micrographs/2017dataset_0001.star: 0.515 A
 + Using coord. pixel size from MotionCorr/job004/micrographs/2017dataset_0001.star: 1.03 A

(When I did motioncor I used 0.515A pixel size)

Does anyone know how could I get rid of this error?

I tried to apply an extra argument --angpix 1.03 but the message still showed up.

Thank you.
Chia
