In an email discussion earlier this year about submitting Relion jobs on a cluster without the GUI, Sjors mentioned that "The next version (RELION-3.0) will have command-line capabilities to submit jobs into the pipeline. This will make cluster submission without X a lot easier (and will allow much easier automation too!)" Has this been added to 3.0-beta? If not, what is the current best practice for running Relion on a cluster with no X11?
