I did rescale-and-join approach, it might work if images are from the same microscope.

Hi Sergry,That’s useful to read through, I was thinking maybe one could just rescale the particles during extraction and then join the star files using relion3. Has anybody tried this approach? ThanksXinchao

Hi all,
I have two data sets of the same sample that were collected at slightly different pixel sizes (~5% difference), does anybody have a good way of merging the two data sets?
