You may contact Wen Jiang (Purdue University) for a program called transimages in his customized EMAN&EMAN2. This program does the gridding in Fourier space. Or you may try his program to refine the scale, defocus, astigmatism, and beam tilt after you get results from Relion on two datasets. Just search his webpage.

Subject: [ccpem] Merge two data sets with different pixel sizes

Hi all,
I have two data sets of the same sample that were collected at slightly different pixel sizes (~5% difference), does anybody have a good way of merging the two data sets?
    Thanks,
     Xinchao
