Hi all

I am trying to Mutate a Cys-SH to Cys-SO3.

I was replacing CYS with a OCS, using Coot:

1) centre on the CYS of interest
2 ) Extensions -> Modelling -> Replace Residue ... -> OCS -> Mutate

However the residue appears disconnected from the main chain, and I could not find a way to make the proper bonds.

Anyone can help?
