How should museums and libraries talk about politics? A practical workshop
Thursday 06 December 2018 2:00pm to 5:00pm
Hosted by the LSE Library
LSE LIBRARY GALLERY, UNITED KINGDOM
A workshop exploring how we collect and talk politics in museums and libraries today. Asking how we acknowledge that a museum or archive is not neutral, while also encouraging frank conversations about contemporary and /or difficult issues,
this workshop draws together case studies and a long table conversation event.
This is a study afternoon for people working in museums, libraries and archives that highlights methods, techniques and encourages learning from each other for engaged practice.
