Tribal are seeking to employ a full-time R&D Library & Archive Assistant, to join our small team working in the R&D Archive at RB, based in Hull. RB is the world's leading consumer health and hygiene company, employing approximately 37,000 people worldwide. The R&D Archive facility holds records relating to Product Development, Clinical and Pharmacovigilance activities. 

The Archive department is currently undergoing an exciting transformation with many ongoing projects. This is an ideal opportunity to gain broad experience of records management in a large company. You will be responsible for providing support to the Archivist in this R&D Health and Hygiene centric-facility. This would include the following services: 

i) Archiving of R&D data packages as specified in relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and archiving policies. 
ii) Answering Archive enquiries. 
iii) Administration of the R&D Archive records database to ensure accurate records and indices to aid search and retrieval. 
iv) Continuous improvement of the Archive processes and policies to meet GxP (Good Practice) and customer requirements. 

What skills are we looking for? 

- Records / Archives Management experience (Desirable). 
- Experience of data input or cataloguing. 
- Attention to detail 
- Good, accurate IT skills. 
- Ability to work to deadlines. 
- Ability to establish excellent working relationships with clients/users. 
- Able to communicate effectively & to work as part of a small focused team. 

Our ideal candidate should be diligent & hard working; have a friendly and outgoing personality; and be comfortable working as part of a small team.  Experience of records management in a GxP regulated environment while desirable, is not mandatory. The starting salary will be based upon age and experience, in the range £18-20k.
