Applications for the next round of the January 2019 Calibre Leadership and Development Training Programme for disabled staff are now being taken. This course is suitable for all staff with
disabilities and enables them to harness their uniquely individual differences in a positive way. This course discusses the social model of disability and looks at the way in which disabled people can develop strategies to overcome barriers and create positive
change for the organisation as well as themselves. Applications from across the HE Sector are welcome

19th October 2018 from 13.00 – 14.00 and the 30th November 2018 from 13.00 -14.00. This is a chance for individuals to find out all about the programme and hear from past delegates about their experience on the programme. Should you wish to
