The connector should work with all VLEs which support LTI 1.1. But if by "work" you mean the user sync has to be available, the VLE must also currently support the unofficial Memberships extension service. The version I am working on will add support for the official LTI Membership (Names and Role Provisioning service) which has been available in Moodle for a while. (It will also add support for LTI 2 and 1.3.) If you have an urgent need for this new version please let me know so that I can better prioritise this task (or indeed offer to sponsor it so that it comes to the top of the list).
