Hi Daniel(a), QMUL is currently in scheduled downtime due to a power down of the building which houses all of our Grid infrastructure. This could very well explain the issues you have been seeing today. We intend to bring all of our infrastructure back online tomorrow once the maintenance works within the building have been completed. As a site can have multiple storage elements (QMUL does), there is no one-to-one mapping. Looking at the DIRAC configuration[*] (accessible from a web browser) the moedal data is stored on UKI-LT2-QMUL2-disk (note the '2') and you want to transfer it to UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP-disk. The "UKI-[]-[]" type names are the "standard" site names as found in the GOCDB and we tried to stick as closely as possible to them when naming the DIRAC sites, but DIRAC, for a long time had its own naming convention, so they don't quite agree. However looking at QMUL in the GOCDB: https://goc.egi.eu/portal/index.php?Page_Type=Site&id=503 it looks like they have a site outage, so until that is resolved you are out of luck. Since my data is stored in LCG.UKI-LT2-QMUL.uk<http://LCG.UKI-LT2-QMUL.uk>, all the jobs are going to the same SE and they are kept in 'waiting' state for a long time. I wanted to move the LFNs to a different SE to speed up things. I used this command: dirac-dms-replicate-lfn /vo.moedal.org/sim/13TEVYY/FilesByArka/SecondTryMarch22/MoEDAL_LHEFiles/betaDependent/SpinHalf/q10/run_06/unweighted_events.lhe<http://vo.moedal.org/sim/13TEVYY/FilesByArka/SecondTryMarch22/MoEDAL_LHEFiles/betaDependent/SpinHalf/q10/run_06/unweighted_events.lhe> LCG.UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP.uk<http://LCG.UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP.uk> to replicate the LFNs to LCG.UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP.uk<http://LCG.UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP.uk>. But this is the error I am getting: StorageFactory._getConfigStorageName: Failed to get storage options Path /Resources/StorageElements/LCG.UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP.uk<http://LCG.UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP.uk> does not exist or it's not a section ERROR Completely failed to replicate file. The storage element is not currently valid. SE.isValid: Failed to create StorageElement plugins: StorageFactory._getConfigStorageName: Failed to get storage options Do you know what this error is? May I know how I can move my files from the problematic LCG.UKI-LT2-QMUL.uk<http://LCG.UKI-LT2-QMUL.uk> to any other SE?
