Subject: Re: [SPM] question about normalizationThis is because the image orientation and position is stored as a matrix in the header, which maps from each voxel index to some real world location in mm. If you simply read the image data, then you are probably ignoring this matrix.

Hi there,
I am doing orientation in SMP in 1.5708 radians in pitch, this rotation works in the view, but when I read it with matlab code it does not have a change.
Do you know why is it?

Asunto: Re: [SPM] question about normalizationIt's a tissue probability map (spm12/tpm/TPM.nii). You should also be able to normalise EPI images using the same tissue probability map.

Does anyone know what MNI template is used in spm12 for normalization? is it a T1 template, and is it also possible to normalize to an EPI template?
