Hi Sarah 

I am a colleague of Naoimh O’Connor in UCD, I was speaking to Niamh last week about SCI:COM https://www.scicom.ie , Ireland’s an annual science & research communication conference that I co-organise. We are funded by Science Foundation Ireland and other partners. We are kicking around a session idea on Careers in Science Communication for this year’s conference in December and I would like to have a chat with you about ‘mobility and professionalising science communication’ as career choice for researchers and scientists who choose to diversify their career out of the lab.

I am also thinking about asking Barry J Gibb to the workshop, I know him through his Mosaic work and films for Wellcome https://medium.com/@barryjamesgibb/can-you-have-a-career-in-science-21cfae3c2ea2
