A disappointing article – given the data around c/s. Is there or should there be a working party around this in a very specific way? We understand the errors that occurred in Morecombe bay that have been so costly on so many levels – but we  really seem to have lost our way over this issue.

I presume the list members are ahead of me on this. I did manage to read the full HSJ article yesterday but can no longer do so.
