Dear Reem,

It depends how you conceptualise measuring satisfaction and other outcomes. We have been working on adapting the Quality Maternal and Newborn Care (QMNC) Framework as a prototype evaluation tool (see PLoS One paper).

Essentially, it worked well, and we are now using this approach in other studies in Australia and Scotland. More are planned for the Netherlands and Bangladesh.
