That's a very well made point (which I've cut and pasted into my notes) and it's definitely the case that the 'comms plan' is going to be as much enabling people to tell their stories as laying down rules. I'm morally certain that someone in this group will be commuting to work by scaling a rock face, or even pursuing cultural property across a flood plain, but not mention these hair raising details unless actually prompted....
