Hello all,

I think that the following articles are my best bet for finding epidemiology of tympanic membrane atelectasis in children – can anyone supply please?

I think the second one is supposed to be available through PHE but I can’t get it! L

Natural course of tympanic membrane pathology related to otitis media and ventilation tubes between ages 8 and 18 years.

De Beer, B A; Schilder, A G M; Zielhuis, G A; Graamans, K

Otology & neurotology : official publication of the American Otological Society, American Neurotology Society [and] European Academy of Otology and Neurotology; Sep 2005; vol. 26 (no. 5); p. 1016-1021

Tympanic membrane atrophy, scarring, atelectasis and attic retraction in persistent, untreated otitis media with effusion and following ventilation tube insertion

Maw A.R.

International Journal of Pediatric Otorhinolaryngology; 1994; vol. 30 (no. 3); p. 189-204

Many thanks for looking and/or supplying.
