Another question from me ……..

I’ve been asked by our Business Intelligence team to find examples of heat maps which are being used to monitor quality compliance within Trusts, and are used to highlight pressure points within different services / teams / units etc.   They may be used for governance as part of the Board Assurance Framework.

More specifically, my enquirer is wanting to know what outcomes / measures / indicators are being monitored, e.g.

Harmful incidents
FFT
Complaints
DNA rates
Sickness
Leavers
Appraisal rates
Etc etc

The example from Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust shows perfectly what I’m after

If you’re aware of any such heat maps within your Trust, please could you send me the details?  If you’re not able to share the maps themselves, a list of indicators used would be very helpful!

With many thanks

Helen
