Job Opportunity: Engagement and Insight Coordinator

 

The Open University’s (OU) Library Services is an innovative, customer-focussed and creative Library, connecting the OU Community with world class information, technology and award-winning expertise to facilitate knowledge creation. We are seeking an adaptable new colleague who will thrive in this environment, to support delivery of our new strategic focus on increasing engagement with the OU Community.

 

You will coordinate and plan a range of activities, confidently building relationships with stakeholders. You will provide a crucial role in leading some library insight activities, where your experience in research, analysis and reporting will be vital.

 

You will have experience in customer insight and communication, and in qualitative and quantitative research. You will be skilled in developing engaging communications. It is a varied role where you will be comfortable working in a busy team with a proactive and flexible approach, coupled with excellent organisational skills.

 

Salary: £27,025 to £32,236

Location: Milton Keynes
