Bore da bawb! Diolch yn fawr i bawb wnaeth fynychu ein cyfarfod grŵp ddydd Gwener. Bydd cofnodion a phwyntiau gweithredu'r cyfarfod hwn ar gael cyn bo hir. Fel y trafodwyd, bydd cyfnod Dewi fel Is-gadeirydd Partneriaethau a Materion Allanol yn dod i ben mis yma. Mae'r rôl yn un pwysig o fewn ein Grŵp, ac mae'n bwysig i ni ethol rhywun i barhau gyda'r gwaith y mae Dewi wedi'i wneud. A wnewch chi felly ystyried y neges hon fel cais ffurfiol am enwebiadau. Mae ffurflen enwebu wedi'i hatodi. Mae cyfle i ychwanegu datganiad cefnogol fydd yn cael ei rannu gydag aelodau'r Grŵp. Ni ddylech ysgrifennu mwy nag un tudalen A4. Mae'n rhaid cynnwys enwau dau aelod HELOA sydd yn eich enwebu. Mae'r aelodau hyn naill ai'n gallu arwyddo'r ffurflen, neu gallwch anfon ebost ataf oddi wrthynt, sy'n cadarnhau eu bod yn hapus i'ch enwebu. Mae'n rhaid anfon eich ffurflen ataf erbyn 5pm ar Ddydd Llun 8 Hydref, sef pythefnos o heddi. Ni fydd modd derbyn ffurflenni hwyr. Gallwch anfon y ffurflen ataf ar ebost neu drwy'r post. Byddwn yn annog unrhywun sydd â diddordeb i siarad â Dewi neu unrhyw aelod arall pwyllgor y Grŵp am fanteision bod yn rhan o waith HELOA. Gobeitiwn y byddwch yn ei weld fel profiad gwerthfawr, sydd hefyd yn edrych yn dda ar CV. Hoffem gymryd y cyfle i ddiolch i Dewi am ei holl waith dros y 3 blynedd diwetha'. Diolch yn fawr. Alex Good morning all! Many thanks to those of you who attended the group meeting on Friday. Minutes and actions will be available shortly. As discussed, Dewi’s term as Vice-chair Partnerships and External Relations comes to an end this month. This role is an important one within our Group, and it is therefore important that we elect a successor to ensure that Dewi's work will continue. Please therefore consider this email as a formal request for nominations. A nomination form is attached. The form allows you to provide a supporting statement, which will be circulated to members in the Group. Please try not to write more than one full page of A4. You must also provide the names of two nominators, both of whom must be members of HELOA. Your nominators can sign the form, or you can forward an email from each of them to me, confirming that they are happy to nominate you. Completed nomination forms must be sent to me by 5pm on Monday 8 October, which is 2 weeks from today’s date. No late nominations will be accepted. Forms can be returned to me by post or by email. I would urge any member who wishes to stand for the post to talk to Dewi or any member of the Group committee, about the benefits of participating in the work of HELOA. I hope you will find it to be a rewarding experience in itself, while also giving you the chance to enhance your CV.
